Cian Healy and Elverys Sports Commit to Helping Childline Stay Open this Christmas
Ireland’s International and Leinster Rugby legend Cian Healy has gotten behind the ISPCC Childline 24 Emergency Appeal, by launching the Elverys Sports ‘Winter Warmer’ Campaign.
On Universal Children’s Day, ISPCC Childline reiterates the importance of listening to children and ensuring Children’s Voices are heard
The 20th November 2014 marks Universal Children’s Day and the 25th Anniversary of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), Article 12 outlines the rights of children to be heard and the ISPCC once again highlights their concern that 45,000 voices may be silenced if the Childline service is forced to close its night service from January 1st 2015.
