Volunteering Opportunities

Childline Dubliln
The ISPCC in Dublin is currently recruiting volunteers for its Childline listening service. Childline is Ireland’s only 24 hour listening service and we are looking to recruit volunteers for many shifts, including weekdays, evenings & weekends. We offer a non-judgemental and non-problem focused service to anyone under the age of 18 around a wide variety of issues. Full training and support will be provided and we ask for a commitment of 4 hours per week. We are currently recruiting for an upcoming intensive 2-week training course starting on 2nd July 2012. This course is based in Dublin 2 and will be held for 2 weeks, Monday-Friday from 10am-5pm. If you would like to find out more, then please come along to one of our upcoming Group Interview & Information meetings taking place in June 2012. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills while supporting and empowering children and young people! For more information please contact Nicola MacDermott on email or 01 234 2011
