Campaigns and Community Fundraising Manager , Dublin, Full Time

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to become part of the ISPCC Fundraising team, Dublin.

We are looking for a highly-motivated and committed individual with good project management skills, who can work on their own initiative and as part of a team. If you feel you have the right skills and experience, then we would love to hear from you.

About the ISPCC

The Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (ISPCC) is Ireland’s national child protection charity. Our mission is to make the protection of children everyone’s priority.

The ISPCC provides a range of services directly to children and families, and advocates for change to enhance the lives of children in Ireland. It is funded through fundraising and through funding provided by government agencies for the delivery of specified services. 

 

Job Details

  • Develop and implement ISPCC’s campaigns and community fundraising strategy 
  • Deliver existing portfolio of fundraising events and campaigns that will meet or exceed budget expectations
  • Develop new income streams through campaigns and community events, to maximise designated targets
  • Manage our retail collection income and develop new potential retail income streams
  • Co-ordinate, review and update Fundraising Events Calendar
  • Liaise with Communications team to maximise exposure and recruitment for events and campaigns
  • Ensure all data and information is up to date and recorded accurately on database 
  • Support the work of colleagues across the organisation to achieve our strategic goals and objectives
  • Management of Campaigns and Community team members

 

Skills and Qualities Required

  • Minimum 3 years experience in fundraising, event management, sales, marketing or communications
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint essential.  Raisers Edge or database management experience desirable
  • Excellent inter personal skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Self-motivator, flexible, innovative and enthusiastic
  • Good project management and planning skills
