Individuals can now help to change the lives of children every time they purchase ink cartridges, thanks to online business Printerinks.ie partnering with ISPCC Childline.
Printerinks.ie is donating €1 to ISPCC Childline for every sale of a printer cartridge from PrinterInks.ie.
• In addition, fun activities and competitions for families will be available to access on the Printerinks site.
ISPCC Childline answers over 310,000 contacts every year from children and young people who contact the service to chat about all sorts of issues which may be on their minds. They may be lonely, hurt, upset, or simply wish to have someone with whom to talk.
• The Childline service costs €3.5 million to run every year and relies on corporate and public support for over 90 per cent of this funding.
ISPCC Director of Fundraising, Gill Waters, said: “We are delighted that Printerinks has decided to partner with ISPCC Childline and will make a donation from the sale of every cartridge purchased. This funding will help to ensure every child and young person in Ireland always has somewhere to turn.”
