ISPCC Transition Year Programme

The ISPCC TY Programme offers Transition Year students a unique, behind-the-scenes look at how Childline and the ISPCC support children and young people across Ireland, but it’s more than just an introduction.

This is a collaborative experience where we not only share our work in services, fundraising, communications, and advocacy, we also listen and learn from you. We believe young people have powerful insights that can help shape the future of our organisation. Through open discussion, creative thinking, and a final group project, you’ll have the chance to influence how we connect with and support your generation.

We encourage students to apply in pairs, ideally with a friend from the same school, to make the experience more engaging and enjoyable. However, individual applications are also welcome.

The programme culminates in a special project presentation, where students will explore real-world challenges and opportunities across different areas of the ISPCC, from service delivery to fundraising, marketing, and policy.

If you’re curious, creative, and passionate about making a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
