Digital Mental Health programmes

At Childline by ISPCC, we know how challenging anxiety can be for young people and their families. That’s why we offer a FREE Guided Digital Mental Health Programme, designed to support 15–18-year-olds, as well as parents and caregivers, in managing low-level anxiety.
Grounded in the proven principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, this programme equips participants with practical tools to build confidence, reduce anxiety, and improve daily life. Whether recommended by a parent, teacher, or GP, each participant receives personalised, confidential guidance from a trained member of our Childline team, ensuring the right support at every step.
