Right now, there are children contacting our Childline services in need. 

They may be frightened, alone, or just looking for someone to talk to. With your support we can be there for any child that needs us.

Did you know that?

• To ensure our crucial Childline service is consistently available to support children around the country, we need to raise almost €6 million every year. This includes our vital listening service which is always there to support children 24 hours a day, 365 days year.
• Childline is up to 70 per cent funded by the general public and we especially depend on corporate support.
  Every donation from a corporate company will receive a free E-card to show your employees that you have supported Childline in 2025.
• We responded to over 109,000 contacts from children and young people in 2024 alone. Each contact represents a child reaching outfor help, advice, or simply someone to talk to. We’re proud to be atrusted lifeline for so many.
• Between December 23rd and 25th, 2024, we received more than 800 calls. For many, we were the only people they had to turn to during the festive season. These moments remind us why our service must be available 24/7, especially during the holidays.
