Online safety supports

ISPCC Support Line

If you are concerned about online safety, or any other issue, the ISPCC Support Line is there to provide support and information to parents and carers.

The service is available 9am – 1pm Monday – Friday by calling 01 522 4300, or by emailing to [email protected].

Childline Listening Service

The Childline Listening Service is available 24 hours a day, every day, for every child and young person up to age 18 in Ireland.

The service listens, believes, supports and empowers and works to strengthen children and young people’s resilience, so they can face any challenge that comes their way.

Childline can be contacted for free and in confidence from anywhere in Ireland by chatting online at Childline.ie, or calling 1800 66 66 66.

Webwise

Webwise provides information, advice and tools to parents to support their engagement in their children’s online lives. The Webwise Parents Hub can be accessed here
