Take on 10 sea swims this September to boost your mental and physical wellbeing, while raising vital funds for Childline — supporting children and young people across Ireland.

How to Take Part
Getting involved is easy — here’s how to dive in:
1. Sign up
Click the Sign Up button below and follow the quick steps to register.
2. Set up your fundraising page
Create your custom page to share with friends, family, and colleagues.
3. Spread the word
Invite others to support or join you — the more the merrier!
4. Get your fundraising pack
We’ll send your official September Sea Swim pack by post, including everything you need to get started.
5. Plan your swims
Complete 10 sea dips, paddles, or swims throughout September — wherever suits you best.
6. Share your journey
Post your pics and tag #SeptemberSeaSwim to inspire others and be part of the community!

September Sea Swim Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
- Entry is open to individuals who register for the September Sea Swim via septemberseaswim.com.
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over and residents of Ireland.
- Employees of ISPCC, The Original Lobster, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
- By signing up for the September Sea Swim, participants receive partial entry into the prize draw.
- To complete entry, participants must follow both @ChildlinebyISPCC and @theoriginallobstercompany on Instagram.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. Prize
- One winner will receive an Original Lobster wetsuit.
- The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
- The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries.
4. Draw Date & Notification
- The draw will take place in early October 2025.
- The winner will be notified via email and/or Instagram DM.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
5. General Conditions
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- ISPCC reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that do not comply.
- ISPCC may cancel or amend the prize draw if circumstances beyond its control arise.
6. Data Protection
- Personal data collected will be used solely for the administration of the prize draw and in accordance with ISPCC’s privacy policy.
- No data will be shared with third parties without consent.

Your €15 fee helps cover the cost of running the campaign and includes your official fundraising pack, which is sent by post. It also helps us keep the fundraiser sustainable and impactful, with your €15 fee being your first donation — thank you!

Absolutely! You can swim solo or rally your crew — the more the merrier. Just make sure each participant registers individually to receive their fundraising pack and be eligible for the prize draw.
Anywhere that works for you! Choose your own open water locations — whether it’s the sea, a lake, or a safe swim spot near you. We’ll also be hosting pop-up swim events throughout September, and will email participants about these events closer to the time.
