ISPCC Childline is hugely grateful to have the support of Irish Women In Harmony this Christmas, through the release of their highly-anticipated single on Thursday 19th November.
Original song ‘Together At Christmas’ was written and produced by RuthAnne, with all parts recorded remotely by 30 of Ireland’s finest female musicians.
All funds raised through text and online donations will go to help keep Childline here for every child and young person in Ireland 24 hours a day, every day, this Christmas.
‘Together At Christmas’ features a clever use of familiar Christmas song lyrics and also includes a choir of young Irish girls, formed after a call-out was made to the next generation of aspiring female singers.
Every child deserves to be a child – especially at Christmas. Yet, Childline relies on donations for 90 per cent of the funding which keeps the service listening to children 24 hours a day, every day.
This phenomenal show of support by everyone involved with Irish Women in Harmony will help to make sure that, at a time when we may not be able to gather as we would like to, no child or young person will have to face their challenges alone this Christmas.
