Eimear Harty is an experienced Human Resources leader with a career spanning 25 years in various industries, including telecommunications, technology and financial services. She is currently HR Director and Head of Inclusion & Diversity at the Bank of Ireland.
Eimear joined the Board in 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Dublin City University and a Masters in Management Consulting from UCD Smurfit Business School.
