ISPCC thanks Calpol for its generous donation

Childline is here for every child, 24/7, 365 days a year. But it would not be possible without the support of generous partners, like Calpol.

ISPCC is very grateful for the generous donation of €25,000 from Calpol which will be used to help fund the Childline suite of services.

ISPCC is the charity that is here for all children and we want every child to know that. Childline is always on, always here, whenever a child needs to get in touch, and however they find that safest and easiest.

The core aim of all our services is to strengthen resilience among young people and to increase the capacity of families to meet the needs of their children.

All targeted work with families is preventative in nature, with the intention of building upon individual strengths and securing positive outcomes for children and families.

ISPCC Childline Director of Services, Caroline O’Sullivan said: “We are hugely grateful to be in the second year of our partnership with Calpol and Johnson and Johnson (Ireland) Limited.

“Their generous financial support facilitates us, in the ISPCC, to provide guidance, support and a listening ear to all children that need our support.

“This contribution will help to ensure children and young people can access a service at a time and in a way that suits their needs best.

“Childline offers a full suite of services including 24-hour access to phone, text and online chat services, a face-to-face therapeutic support service for children with additional needs and online digital supports focusing on children with anxiety.”
