Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Childline this Summer. Feel free to review the information on this page and complete the form below if you wish to participate. If there is no form visible on this page then all volunteer spots have been filled.
Volunteering for Childline Guidelines
- Volunteering means you will need to arrive 1 or 2 hours before the gates open (exact times will be given closer to the date).
- Volunteering means you will be selling ponchos, on your feet, for approx. 4hrs.
- You will finish volunteering 30 minutes before the main act starts so you can enjoy the concert for free.
- We cannot provide parking for volunteers.
- All volunteers must be 18 or over. There is no exception to this rule.

Note for Electric Picnic
Anyone looking to volunteer at Electric Picnic must make a 3.5 day commitment. You must arrive on Thursday 28th August to set up camp in staff camping (you must bring your own camping materials). You will complete 4 hours volunteering on Friday, 4 hours on Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday. You cannot choose your volunteering timeframe, but it will be between 12pm to 8pm. (For example it could be 12pm to 4pm on the Friday, 4pm to 8pm on the Saturday, and 12p to 4pm on the Sunday).
If successful in applying to be a volunteer for other gigs (other than Electric Picnic), you are advised to keep the day of the gig completely free. At present, we have not received finalised gate times & details. Estimated times to arrive are between 11am and 4pm (depending on the gig, venue, and day of the week), and are subject to change. Please be aware you will lose your place if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. There are no exceptions to this, please do not ask, as it puts a huge strain on the team on the day.

'In order to volunteer at Oasis, an extra day of volunteering at a bucket collection will be required as attending will be in high demand. You will be contacted about this at a later stage

The list of concerts to volunteer at is being frequently updated based on the number of places available. If you don't see a concert on the list then it means this concert is at capacity.
