Firstly, ISPCC have multiple webinars and articles on different topics available which may be an accessible starting point: ispcc.ie/parenting-hub/

Parenting24seven from Túsla offers helpful resources on what works best for children and families at different ages and stages. Túsla have also developed a number of modules for strengthening your connection with your child entitled Relationships are Key: Relationships are Key.

One Family is an organisation that offers parenting courses specifically for solo parents and they are on Zoom; onefamily.ie/education-development/parents-programmes/parenting-courses-via-zoom/

You are taking a brave and important step by seeking help. Support is out there for both you and your son. Our Support Line is open Monday to Friday, 9am – 1pm, on 01 522 4300, should you want to talk some more.
