The ISPCC Childline in collaboration with Katie O' Donoghue are delighted to bring you this FREE resilience workshop for parents/ carers of children aged between 5-12 years of age.💜
The workshop explores resilience psychoeducation, utilising teaching and coping skills and creative therapeutic exercises inspired by Katie’s book ‘ The Little Otter who Tried.’
Katie is a child and young people’s therapist with a background in Fine Art and Design. She has a master’s degree in Art Psychotherapy and is in the end stages of a Health Psychology PhD. She has experience working therapeutically in health, charity, research and educational sectors in Ireland and the UK. She is the author of ‘The Little Squirrel Who Worried’ & ‘The Little Otter Who Tried’.
