Last year the Childline Listening service engaged with 109,732 children and young people, spending 1.1 million minutes listening to them – sufficient evidence if we ever needed, that a confidential, non-judgmental listening service is an essential support needed for the children of Ireland.
Our services provide a lifeline for children facing challenges such as abuse, neglect, bullying and mental health. We empower children, families and communities with the tools and resources to cope and thrive.
Our employees and volunteers work tirelessly to ensure that every child in Ireland feels supported, heard, and protected by offering services that cater to their emotional, psychological and social needs.
We couldn’t do this without the support of partners like you. We rely on the generosity of corporate partners and the general public whose donations account for up to 70% of all our funding.
