The Cork Children’s Advisory Committee is an extremely active chapter of the ISPCC’s advisory body. The group provides valuable feedback on many aspects of the organisation’s work. In 2018 they produced the Cork Matters series of events, consulting with young people from Ballincollig, Youghal and other Cork towns on what is needed by young people in their localities, with a view to bringing about change. Their current projects include the Resilience Matters event held in November 2018 which has been funded by Tusla.
