Mary is a corporate and regulatory solicitor who has advised a wide range of public and private companies, State bodies and charitable organisations. Mary has significant experience advising regulated sectors on corporate governance, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, disputes and investigations, and has a long history of volunteering in the not-for-profit sector.
Mary joined the Board in 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Trinity College Dublin and was admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2011 through The Law Society of Ireland. Mary also holds professional educational qualifications from The Kings Inns and NUI.
